Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Ukuku World ("Ukuku World", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you are a parent or legal guardian using the App on behalf of a child, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child and are responsible for your child's use of the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Ukuku World provides bedtime stories, calming audio, sleep sounds, emotional learning experiences, and gentle games designed primarily for children ages 3–8.

Some features are available for free, while others may require a paid subscription.

The App may evolve over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

User Accounts

Creating an account is currently required to use Ukuku World.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
• all activities associated with your account,
• ensuring that your child uses the App appropriately.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Ukuku World may offer optional premium subscriptions and digital content through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Subscription prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are shown within the App and/or store listing before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payments, billing, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

HahaStudio OÜ does not collect or store payment card information.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials within Ukuku World, including stories, music, sounds, games, characters, illustrations, animations, software, branding, logos, and design elements, are owned by HahaStudio OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy,
• reproduce,
• distribute,
• modify,
• reverse engineer,
• publicly display,
• create derivative works from

any part of the App without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful purposes,
• interfere with the operation or security of the App,
• attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access,
• reverse engineer or modify the App,
• upload malicious or harmful content,
• misuse subscriptions or accounts.

Children and Parent Responsibility

Ukuku World is designed for children to use with parental involvement and supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App and determining whether the content is appropriate for their child.

Content Disclaimer

Ukuku World is intended for entertainment, relaxation, and educational purposes only.

The App is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and does not replace professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If your child has medical, developmental, sleep, or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ukuku World is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

HahaStudio OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid through subscriptions during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• these Terms are violated,
• misuse or abuse is detected,
• required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we may notify users through the App, website, or email.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Some consumer protection laws may provide additional rights in your country or state of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
